This product looks kind of like Highrise from 37Signals.com, but the sales lead tracking is a great differentiator. I have a few qvestions:
Does this tool have a “hard-coded” set of steps in the sales funnel, or can the user configure it?
Can this tool analyze historical data on a sales funnel to check for data such as conversion rates, conversion times, correlation with ad/marketing compaigns, from step to step?
Does this tool have an API so that somebody could mash it up with Google Maps, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other applications?
Does this tool export data on sales funnels to MS-Excel format for offline analysis?
Can this tool be easily customized to serve industry-specific verticals such as dentists, auto repair shops, tutoring services, etc?

Hi Jay - great feedback / questions. Here’s some responses:
1. The sales funnel (or “sales stage” as we call it in the system) can be configured for your business
2. Absolutely - and then some!
3. I love the API suggestion - we will definitely need to work on that.
4. There is an export facility
5. Yes. You can create as many custom fields as you want (like birthday, muffler change date, and next root canal appointment ;-))
If you’d like to get “alpha” access to play around with the tool and provide more feedback, just send me a note at scott[at] mercurygrove.com and I’ll get you setup.
