Dex Review on Webware

I’m currently at the web2.0 summit in San Francisco (which has been a fabulous conference), and yesterday I had the opportunity to sit down with Rafe Needleman from webware.com - the web application blog at CNET - and gave him a demo of dex.

Ok, I’m excited about this product, I signed up and I got an email saying it would be available last week. I know that we app development is not, despite what people say, an exact science, so I even understand that launch could be delayed….
I guess I don’t understand why I’m not being kept informed about the delays and getting an update about when it will be online? This is CRM software after all, isn’t it.
I’m not trying to be an awkward user, I just want to know what’s going on with my promised beta trial?
